International's Patented Film Roller Assembly
Our
patented roller assembly assures that every properly equipped former will
have correct film be tangency. This will enhance former tracking and eliminate
the need to adjust machine rollers. Film now travels from the machine
roller to our roller and then the former rather than passing over the
machine roller and going directly to the former. Film will always tangent
to the former since the roller is attached to the former rather than the
machine. The result is less setup time and more reliable performance.
Our roller can adjust to align with rollers on most vertical and horizontal
machines.
Formers
International's Patented Disposable Teflon Wear Strips for belt drive machines
Our
patented Teflon wear strips can increase the life of your filling tube
and your machine's belts. The wear strips attach to the belt contact area
of the filling tube so that the belts ride on the wear strips, not the
tube. The Teflon wear strips will absorb the friction from film travel
rather that the machine's belts. This results in prolonged belt life and
less wear to the filling tube. When the Teflon strips wear out, simply
replace them with new ones. Disposable wear strips can be applied to most
assemblies that work on belt drive machines. Contact
